SHIPPING

Our priority is to have your crystals arrive to you safely and fully intact. Each item purchased will be individually wrapped to ensure full protection of the products.

All orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days.

Packages are shipped from Nebraska with USPS or UPS, Monday thru Friday.

We pack our crystals with the utmost care. As such, we are not be responsible for items damaged, broken or delayed/lost/stolen due to USPS or UPS. 

It is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the carrier if the products are received damaged, broken, lost or stolen.
