These stones are named after a battle between the United States Cavalry and members of the Apache Tribe in modern-day Arizona. When the Calvary began to take over the battle, the members of the Apache Tribe solidified their own fate by riding their horses off the surrounding cliffs. The Apache tears are named after the endless tears that Apache Tribe families received from the tragic news. These stones are said to be remnants of these tears.
As the backstory of these stones insinuate, Apache tears center our energy when we are faced with loss or grief. These stones are small but mighty as they connect with the physical and spiritual energy of the Earth. Our priority is to have your crystals arrive to you safely and fully intact. Each item purchased will be individually wrapped to ensure full protection of the products.
All orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days.
Packages are shipped from Nebraska with USPS or UPS, Monday thru Friday.
We pack our crystals with the utmost care. As such, we are not be responsible for items damaged, broken or delayed/lost/stolen due to USPS or UPS.
It is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the carrier if the products are received damaged, broken, lost or stolen.
RETURNS
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items. We try our best to accurately display and describe each and every crystal through photos, or video and Live Streaming via Instagram. Clients understand the items may vary slightly due to the uniqueness of each stone, and differences in screen coloring.
That being said, we want all our crystal to be loved, and our clients happy. Please let us know if there is an issue. If we do accept a return, a restocking fee or return shipping fee may apply.
